Clic-360 provides advice and support to organizations with systems engineering (SE) and risk management applied to projects related to the building-, civil-, infra-, maritime- and offshore sector.

With the systems engineering principles based on the ISO/IEC 15288, we support projects with establishing logical work breakdown packages, analysing and managing information and decision making during the phases of a project. Risk management is to provide guidance regarding the management of risks to support the achievement of the project (or corporate) objectives, functionalities, methods, assets, etc.  
With the RISMAN method, Clic-360 support projects to identify potential risks (or opportunities) at an early stage. Analyze, define precautionary steps to reduce the risk, evaluate the taken measures and recurrent assessing whether these steps have an effect on the risk profile of the project. 




Instant delivery of a "Ready to go" template that can be directly applied to projects. This relatics-template is developed in collaboration with Track-3D, using both our experiences from other projects and tools that have been used for the past 10 years. Organizations can apply this template to all projects in order to facilitate basic systems engineering (structuring system-requirements verification of requirements) and more advanced features like scope- and work package management,  configuration management and risk management. The template is modularly constructed so easy to extend and to switch on/off.
