Clic-360 will support project approaches whether agile or conventional. Systems Engineering is defining the context for a sustainable and efficient development process. We supports organizations to scale up to the desired information management in a manageable and acceptable way. We achieve this interdisciplinary by using the systems engineering approach. In short, this means analyzing the data (contract, specification, stakeholders, etc.) and creating structure so that mutual relationships become clear. Centralizing information so that all parties have access to the same information and the added value by visualizing the data so that the information becomes valuable knowledge that assigned owners can manage.  Systems Engineering applies to all phases of the project.

This phase often applies to contractors/organizations at the beginning of the development of a product (system). Clic-360 can help you with the job analysis and outlines and documents these needs in requirements specifications.

Development & Contracting
The further development of a concept applies to organizations that want to involve and integrate the knowledge and innovations of specialized suppliers. The principal functions and specifications are specified to provide frameworks for the basic principles to be worked out by contractors and subcontractors in the next phase of developing the product or system. Specified interfaces define the relationship between components. Risks for realization and utilization of the system 
have been mapped out.

Design & Construct
Contractors will be selected for the further development and realization of the project/system. 
Contractors must determine the risks and convince the client that they will succeed in delivering the system that meets all needs. The design phase is an iterative development process that the contractor and its subcontractors must approve.

Realization & Utilization 
With SE, we guide and supervise the purchase and installation phase in the architectural field. We reduce the uncertainty in costs and schedule estimates that we found in the early stages of the project. The final detailed requirements are assigned to subcontractors and their components. All components are merged during installation until the whole system is set up and meets all needs. SE makes this explicit and transparent for the client through a test (verification) protocol required when delivering a work package to a sequential working package or final delivery.
